Installation

Install mounting kit using the instructions in packaging. Once mounted, install SHAD Universal Baseplate (comes with ALL SHAD Top Cases except TERRA)

SH-50 topcase

I ordered the SH-50 topcase and mount direct from Shad right before a long trip. I got a message shortly after placing my order to let me know the mount was on backorder and wanting to know how to proceed with my order. We weren't able to get the mount shipped to me in time but customer service did a great job of working with me to try and make it happen.

I wound up using a different mount that worked fine. The case itself is a great addition to my bike, adding a lot of additional lockable storage. Looks pretty good but I don't have the color plate installed yet. I think it will look really awesome when I get that but the stock look is quite nice - I'd say looks as good or better than the other cases.
